Brand Discovery & Goals
We start with a discovery meeting to understand your brand, your goals, and how video fits into your marketing. From there, you’ll choose the right plan for your needs. Every plan includes a set number of shoot days to use whenever you want, and unlimited video output.

Content Planning & Filming
Before each shoot, we'll work with you to outline exactly what we’re filming - the key messages, visuals, and the number of videos we’re aiming to deliver. On set, our crew uses cinema grade cameras and lighting (courtesy of our big sister Noravera).

Post-Production
After filming, our editors get to work on creating the videos. With unlimited editing, you can request new videos inspired by what we captured, test different versions, and refine content based on performance - all with unlimited revisions until you’re totally happy.

Unlike traditional per-project pricing, we give you ongoing, video production at a predictable flat rate with no per-video costs.
Yes, we use the time to understand your brand, target audience, and marketing goals while building a strong video library to create your content. This also allows us to remove editing limitations, so you can test different video variations, analyze performance, and refine your strategy, all while keeping shoot costs significantly lower than traditional one-off productions. The initial minimum commitment for the Lean and Standard plans is 4 months, and the Pro plan is 2 months.
All Pop Soda plans are built around shoot days, but the level of service, crew size, and creative involvement varies by plan.
• Lean Plan is great for simple, execution-only content. It includes a lean crew (1 videographer + 1 producer) and is ideal for talking-heads, testimonials, and social content. There’s no creative development, so you bring the plan, we film and edit it.
• Standard Plan includes full crew support and hands-on creative development. We help shape your message, plan the shoot, and handle every detail from concept to delivery. Perfect for branded content, explainers, and campaign videos.
• Pro Plan is our high-volume, premium tier. It includes monthly shoots, detailed scripting and concepting, a dedicated producer, and priority service. It’s built for brands that need a steady stream of content and want a fully embedded creative partner.Every plan includes unlimited video output from each shoot day, but the scope and support scale with your content needs.
No, your shoot days accumulate as long as you’re subscribed, so you can use them whenever it makes sense for you. If you cancel your subscription with unused shoot days, they go away, so make sure to use them!
Yes! We offer a "one-off" project option to let you try our service before committing. If you decide to upgrade to a monthly plan within 30 days, you'll get the cost credited towards your monthly plan.
Yes! You can upgrade any time, and we’ll adjust your billing accordingly. If you want to downgrade, you can do so after the inital term, and you must not have used more shoot days than the plan you’re moving to.
Monthly subscriptions include a production crew, high level concept development, logistics & scheduling, and unlimited video editing.
Please note that talent, locations, and additional production costs are not included and, if required, are billed separately.
You can add extra shoot days anytime you need them. Extra shoot days are priced at a discounted rate to the monthly plan equivalent, so you pay less for more shoots. Extra days for the Lean plan are $4500, the Standard plan are $6500, and the Pro plan is priced with the biggest discount - $5500
A shoot day is up to 8 hours.
Editing includes everything needed to turn your footage into polished, platform-ready videos including unlimited revisions, subtitles, music, basic motion graphics, and light text animation. As long as we shot it, we can build from it. Advanced animation or motion graphics–driven videos aren’t included in any plan, so if that's what you're looking for, NoraVera is what you want.
You can cancel after the initial 2 or 4 month period (depending on the plan). We’d appreciate 30 days’ notice!
No, all videos must be primarily shot by our team. However, if you have supporting clips (e.g., user-generated content, Zoom recordings, or existing brand footage), we can incorporate them into your videos.
